Do people really expect to find replica watches in retail stores? I can hear it now, “Assistance need in replica watches.”

The truth of the matter is MOST people arn’t stupid enough to try and sell replicas in the United States….however, you have the occasional wise guy who thinks he’s smarter than everyone, but he ends up getting his balls sued by Rolex.

Most replicas come out of Asia, and if it’s a Swiss model, it was probably made with after market Rolex parts. Also, if you were wondering if the so-called Swiss replica models were any better than the standard kind…well, the answer is yes.

Most Swiss Replica Watches are made with higher end parts, with some of them being real Rolex parts. Some have claimed (and I can’t back this up) that a few Swiss Replica Watch models are just as good as the lower end Rolexes…It was just a theory I heard so don’t shoot the messenger if it turns out to be wrong.

But without digressing too much, everyone knows you can’t open up a shot on 5th avenue selling replica watches….Stick with buying online.

I would like to expound a little on a question that’s been asked of me lately.

2.) Do a WHOIS search (www.WHOIS.org.) This will let you know the creation date of the site. Also, if you see that the site is only registered for a short period of time, there’s a good chance they don’t plan on sticking around for a very long.

3.) See if there was a warning put out on the site from reputable replica review sites such as: ReplicaWatchesReviews.com

4.) Stick with the information sources you can trust such as the Better Business Bureau…remember, not everything on here is an accurate description of the site, but hopefully it will give you somewhat of an idea who you’re buying from. - - Also, stick with this blog, because…wait I already said that.

First off, it all has to do with the time that you buy. Most prices are going to be expensive during the spring and summer months of the year. Unless a holiday comes up such as Mothers day.

If a holiday directly relates to gift buying you can expect to see discounts advertised for online stores.

I get asked this question alot….

Is it legal if I buy a replica watch off of a website?

The answer to that is -Yes and No…I just read an article in the paper the other day about a guy going over to china and he tried to bring back 8 replica Rolexes in his carry on luggage.

Long story short, Rolex fined him for an undisclosed amount of money.

With that said, the best way to protect yourself is just to buy them off of a  reputable website. The stupidest thing you could do is to go overseas and act like you know what you’re doing.

Technically, it is illegal to have a crate of replicas shipped over to you, and then try to open up a store on 5th avenue in hopes to sell them. You will get yourself in a world of hurt by doing that.

But, you have nothing to worry about when you go and purchase one from a website that has proven themselves in the industry. Most people really don’t know the difference between a real Rolex watch and a replica watch…

This is the hidden secret that most people miss:  If you view a picture of a real Rolex, the time of the watch will be set to 10:10 - however, a replica Rolex could be set to anything.

This is not say that a replica company could set the time to their watches to 10:10 however, most pictures that are of genuine Rolexes will be set to the above time.

As all of us have seen, most people don’t take proper care when it comes to keeping an item nice.

The same goes for replica watches. Thinking of this prompted me to jot down some useful tips on keeping your replica watch snazzy and in working order.

Note: This is not say you will be free from problems if you follow these handy recommendations. These are just some “words of wisdom” so you can get the most out of your watch. (I had to put that disclaimer in so I don’t get my balls sued off by some moron who thinks I’m the “voice” of replica watches.) And I digress.

Useful Tip # 1 If your replica watch doesn’t say anything about being waterproof, don’t try taking a shower with it on. I know this from personal experience, and from horror stories. I don’t care what the company told you; don’t go diving in it.

Useful Tip # 2 Store your watch at room temperature. Sudden changes in temperature can result in moisture build up in the case. I think this speaks for itself. In all seriousness, don’t go skiing with it on, and then warm your hands by the fire.

The reason most replica watches break is because people REFUSE to take care of them. If you treat it like a luxury watch (which in fact that’s what it is), you’ll get great satisfaction in the long run.
