About the periodic checks,it’s really hard to give a Lex to a jeweler because just like you said some of them won’t even touch it and some other bastards will say they gotta send it to Rolex S.A. in Geneva, Switzerland to check it,you need the papers though…
Please be all careful with that. I don’t know how things are going for this in the US but in Europe (where I’m from) it’s just like I just told you right now.
